Very good casserole dish. Great for summer potlucks or picnics.

Barbeque Round Up Hotdish
From the kitchen of Crystal Jozlin
1 pound ground beef hamburger
1 large can baked beans
1/8 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup hickory barbeque sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 cups biscuit mix
(made to biscuit instructions on the box)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Brown hamburger with onion. Stir in baked beans,sugar and bbq sauce.
Heat until bubbly. In a greased 9x9” casserole dish,
pour in hot skillet mixture. Spread with mixed biscuit dough
and bake about 20 minutes until
hot and bubbly. Remove from oven and add cheese.
Return to oven and bake an
additional 8 minutes until a toothpick
inserted in the dough comes out clean and cheese is browned.
