Tut for creating templates?

Does anybody happen to have a good tut for how to create a template?
I would really appriciate it if anybody would happen to have a good tut for me.

Here is a good link to a site with many good tuts for lots of different programs. If you scroll down to "QUICKPAGES, LAYERED TEMPLATES, SKETCHES" on the page, you will find a tutorial for making your own templates. I am sure there are many others out there, but this can get you started.
