These are my directions for Artisan Notebook this month and I don't know what this means! LOL....Can someone help?

Make your photo into a duotone of any color and then create a monochromatic layout with it

this link (http://www.dpchallenge.com/forum.php?action=read&FORUM_THREAD_ID=351672) will give you an idea of how to create a duotone in photoshop elements.. it might be easier to just use the photographic effects?

monochromatic colors are all of the tints and shades of a single color - did they tell you what color they want you to use? or can you choose any color?
